The Umdloti Resort and Conference Centre, on the beach and in the centre of the village, has 40 fully furnished, self-catering apartments to let. It also caters for conferences, group visits, school tours etc. The Umdloti Resort and Conference Centre is part of the Umdloti Centre which is the heartbeat of Umdloti and incorporates five restaurants, two take-away food outlets, a bar, hairdresser / beauty salon, pharmacy, post office and two automatic cash machines. Perna Perna have a time share resort in Umdloti.
There are not any hotels in the village of Umdloti Beach. However hotel accommodation is available at the Sibaya Casino Complex a couple of kilometers away and at the La Mercy Beach Hotel on the northern bank of the Umdloti lagoon.
